Woman Arrested, Accused Of Stealing $30k Worth Of Ulta Store Products

A Tulsa woman who has seven previous arrests for larceny and six pending charges for larceny has been arrested again for larceny.

The time, police say she stole more than $30,000-worth of perfume from different Ulta stores in a month.

They say between August and September, Cheyenne Armour and another woman went into different Ulta stores, nine different times, loaded up the bag with perfume and left without paying.

Police say on one day last fall, they hit three stores and each time, they left in a Lexus.
