Man Killed After Being Hit By Train In Downtown Tulsa

A man is dead after being hit by a train in Downtown Tulsa, according to police.

Tulsa police say the train was traveling eastbound when a man who was attempting to cross the railroad tracks was hit.

Police say the crash happened around 10 p.m. near East Archer Street & South Main Street, on the west side of the Main Street Bridge.

According to police, EMSA and Tulsa firefighters responded, but officers say the victim died at the scene.

Police have not yet released the identity of the man killed and say an investigation is ongoing.
