OHP Troopers Remind Drivers To Stay Away From Flooded Roads

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to stay away from flooded roads after last week's storms.

Troopers say they received multiple calls about cars getting stuck in high waters during the heavy rains on Thursday.

Law enforcement agencies across the state had to make multiple rescues during heavy rain.

Troopers say it's best to just turn around if the road is flooded and it's both dangerous and illegal to drive around any barricades put out closing roads.
