Rollover Crash Along BA Expressway Sends Multiple To Hospital

A rollover crash on the Broken Arrow Expressway Saturday afternoon sent multiple people to the hospital and closed down the eastbound lanes at the Utica exit.

Tulsa Police, Fire and EMSA responded to the scene near the on the ramp to the eastbound lanes of the expressway around 4 p.m.

Authorities said a Lexus sedan heading eastbound rolled off the road and took out a tree. Another vehicle was hit in the process.

Multiple people were involved in the crash and authorities say five were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Tow trucks are working to clear the wreck and the expressway should be open around 5 p.m. Saturday.
