Severe storms continue to move across parts of the state on Wednesday morning.

A tornado watch has been issued for Adair, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McCurtain, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah counties on Wednesday morning.

Early-morning showers and storms are sweeping across parts of the state on Wednesday.

News On 6 Meteorologist Alan Crone says a line of storms is sweeping across northern and eastern Oklahoma bringing strong winds and even some hail.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is currently in effect for Craig, Delaware, Mayes and Ottawa counties until 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Areas in the path of this storm have the potential to see 50-60 mph winds and nickel-sized hail.

The cluster of storms that is bringing severe threats to areas around Craig County is moving east-northeast at about 50 MPH.
