Tulsa Fire Department Holding Fundraiser For Firefighter Injured In Crash

The Tulsa Fire Department is hosting a fundraiser for one of its firefighters who is still recovering after getting hurt on the job.

In January, Jordan Blount and Cody Stephenson were working a wreck on Highway 75 when a truck slammed into the car that then hit them.

Stephenson was treated and released from the hospital, but Blount has had challenges with his recovery.

The fundraiser for Blount is Monday night from 5 to 10 p.m. at McNellie's near 71st and Yale.

People can dine in for a portion of sales to go to Blount or donate directly to the cause.
