Stricter water use rules are going into effect for Bartlesville on Monday.
The city says water levels are now about 58%, which triggers Phase 3 of water restrictions.
That includes cutting water pressure, closing splash pads and limiting outdoor watering to once a week.
Last week, crews finished renovating the Caney River Pump Station to help with the drought, but leaders say the city isn't in the clear yet.
If water levels stay below 60% in May, the city council will vote to raise water rates.
