82-Year-Old Located Following Silver Alert

UPDATE (7:30 p.m. 5/8/2023): The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that Ray has been located.

A Silver Alert has been issued for an 82-year-old man in Okmuglee County.

Richard Ray was last seen on May 8 around 12:45 p.m. in Okmulgee County.

He could be driving a grey, 2014, Chevy Silverado pickup, OHP said.

OHP said Ray has been diagnosed with dementia.
