Tulsa Birth Equity Initiative Aims To Improve Maternal Mortality Rates

Sunday is Mother's Day, and a local initiative is working to make sure all mothers are able to celebrate.

According to the CDC, 33 mothers died for every 100,000 live births in 2021 and Black mothers died at nearly three times the rate of White mothers.
