Oklahoma is back in the Women's College World Series championship after defeating Stanford in a 9-inning battle Monday in Oklahoma City.
Tiare Jennings hit a 2-run double to put the Sooners ahead before pitcher Jordy Bahl closed the game in the bottom of the 9th.
Oklahoma defeated Stanford twice in the Women's College World Series and will face the winner of Florida State-Tennessee on Wednesday for Game 1 of the Championship Finals.
The Sooners winning streak stands at 51 now, and a sweep in the finals would give OU a 53 game streak entering the 2023-24 season.
