A man received a deferred sentence after pleading guilty to stealing a rare car worth more than $200,000.
Nicholas Chamberlin pleaded guilty in court in April to larceny and 2nd degree burglary, after prosecutors said he stole a 1967 Shelby G-T 500 Mustang from downtown Tulsa in January 2022.
Chamberlin was part of a team who moved the car to a warehouse and only the movers and owner knew it was there, prosecutors said.
Police later found the historic Mustang at a chop shop.
Chamberlin will go to a DOC program until September, when he will be sentenced.
