'They're Unquestionably An NCAA Tournament Team': Sooners Face Tough Test Against Providence

The undefeated 19th ranked OU men's basketball team faces a tough test Tuesday night, as the Providence Friars visit the Lloyd Noble Center for the Big East-Big 12 Battle. This is just the second meeting all-time between the two programs, with Oklahoma beating the Friars 83-74 in a neutral site win in New York City back in 1991.

The Sooners are 7-0 on the season after last week's win over UABP. This is the first time since the 2015-16 Final Four season that OU is unbeaten through the first seven games. Oklahoma is also one of 14 teams that are still undefeated.

Tip off for Tuesday's game against Providence is set for 6 p.m. in Norman.

Head coach Porter Moser met with the media on Monday to preview the matchup.
