This Taste Test Tuesday is about more than just good BBQ. It's about a young man finding a new passion after being hit with adversity.

Kaiden Blake is 14 years old and is quite an accomplished griller, smoker, and cook!

Kaiden said he was all about sports like wrestling, football, track and basketball. Just three years ago, he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and was told he couldn't play sports anymore.

Following his diagnosis, Kaiden said he started watching barbecue shows and decided he wanted to become a cook.

Kaiden said it was hard to adjust to not playing sports. But after he found out how much he liked cooking, it made the change much easier.
