Wagoner County Man Arrested, Accused Of Assault And Kidnapping

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of domestic violence, kidnapping and other complaints.

Deputies said DeAngelo Coulter assaulted the victim a week ago after an argument and wouldn't let them leave the home.

They said he then took the victim's keys and left them in the victim's vehicle.

The sheriff's office found Coulter on Monday and arrested him.
