Tulsa Women's Basketball Earn Win Over Rice 70-65

The Tulsa women's basketball team earned another conference victory on Wednesday, this time over Rice.

The Golden Hurricane improved to 15-5 overall with the 70-65 win.

TU's Delanie Crawford led the way in the scoring column with 26 while also grabbing 7 rebounds.

Temira Poindexter nearly had a double-double with 22 points and 8 rebounds.

TU led 38-24 at half and allowed Rice to make a game of it in the end, put the Golden Hurricane prevailed for the win in Tulsa.

Next, TU travels to face Charlotte on Jan. 27th at 3 p.m.
