Man Hospitalized After Shooting In Tulsa Home; Suspect At Large

A man is injured after a shooting overnight in a home near I-244 and Sheridan, Tulsa Police said.

Police said they got a call about a shooting at a home on East Independence around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

When police arrived on the scene, they said they found a man on the floor with a gunshot wound.

That victim was taken to the hospital and there is no word on his condition at this time, police said.

The victim was visiting someone's house, got into an argument with another man, and that ended with the shooting, according to police.

Police said they are searching for the suspect, but they haven't released any details about him.
