Man Arrested On Suspicion Of DUI After Driving Car Off Highway, Tulsa Police Say

A man was arrested after Tulsa Police said he drove a car off the highway, crashed into a fence, and hit a parked vehicle.

The crash happened just after 11 p.m. Monday night along I-44 near 21st street, police said.

The driver struck two highway signs before coming to stop against a parked vehicle, according to officers.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.

One passenger was sent to the hospital to get checked out and the other was not hurt, according to police.

The driver has not been identified at this time.
