Sperry Man Arrested, Accused Of Raping 14-Year-Old Boy

Tulsa County deputies arrested a Sperry man accused of raping a 14-year-old boy.

The affidavit said the victim and another boy went to Oscar Quintana's home twice to hang out.

The victim told investigators Quintana gave him alcohol and then raped him.

The affidavit said when investigators interviewed Quintana, he denied giving alcohol to the boys and admitted to having sex with the victim but said it was consensual.
