Man Accused Of Animal Cruelty Arrested By Wagoner Co. Deputies

Wagoner County deputies arrested a man they said tied a dog's leash to the tailgate of his truck and dragged the dog down the road.

They said the dog belongs to Tyler Wayman's ex-girlfriend and it happened back in March when Wayman and the woman got into an argument.

A veterinarian treated the dog, who survived.

Wayman is now charged with felony cruelty to animals.
