The Terence Crutcher Foundation began restoration on a historic building in North Tulsa.
The North Pointe Center at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Pine will become a communal hub, including space for shops, coworking spots, a food hall, and more.
The foundation said the goal of the project is to provide a one-stop shop for the community.
"This is the center point," Tiffany Crutcher said. "The gateway going into North Tulsa and going back into downtown in the community of Black Wall Street. We are literally rebuilding Black Wall Street in real-time."
The entire project is scheduled to be completed by 2026.
