The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic accident on the IDL near downtown Tulsa overnight.

About 11 PM Sunday, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper found an overturned semi on the ramp from Sand Springs Expressway. Two male occupants were found with minor injuries.

They say a small car attempted to pass them on the right on the ramp which is single lane.

The ramp was closed for several hours while crews cleaned oil from the roadway.
