Tulsa Man Arrested, Accused Of Shooting Wife In Face
<p>After several hours of questioning, Tulsa Police arrested a man they believe shot his wife in the face Monday morning. Rueben Dale Lewis, a convicted felon, initially told police his wife was on her morning walk when someone drove by and shot her.</p>Monday, July 29th 2019, 6:44 pm
