The mastermind in a murder for hire in Tulsa is set to be released from prison on Wednesday after serving 11 years of a 32-year sentence. Mohammed Aziz pled guilty in 2013 to hiring another man to kill former TU Football player and Tulsa Businessman Neal Sweeney.
