TULSA, OK -- Tulsa City Councilors wanted some answers Tuesday about the mayor's office budget, but it didn't get them.
The council wants assurance the mayor won't need more money to pay his office staff this year, but so far isn't getting answers.
It was again on the council agenda Tuesday.
"We put these items on to discuss, there's no one here. Someone from the 15th floor needs to come down here and discuss these items with us so we can make an informed decision," said Rick Westcott, Tulsa City Councilor.
The council was told by the finance department the mayor's budget wouldn't be adjusted for a couple of weeks at least, so the city can review new sales tax numbers.
