The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the driver as Christopher James Ketcham, 24, of Claremore.

The OHP says Ketcham was headed north in a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix on South 4190 Road at about 12:45 a.m. when he failed to stop at a T-intersection at Akin Road.

The intersection is about two miles northeast of Claremore.
