3 lbs chicken wings, split at the joint, tips removed

1 tablespoon Tony's Creole Seasoning, Bold, More Spice or Creole depending on your taste

1/2 cup Tony Chachere Creole 30 Minute Marinade, Chicken Flavor (if you do not have this marinade, just season)


3 large eggs

2 tablespoons hot sauce

1 teaspoon Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning

2 cups all-purpose flour

Vegetable oil, for frying

Tony Chachere’s Ranch Sandwich Sauce


Rinse the wings under water and place in a zip like bag.  Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. ate or dish.  In a deep fryer heat 2 1/2  inches of vegetable oil.and heat until 350 degrees.  Dip the wings in the eggs, then in the flour mixture.   Place in oil and fry until golden about 6 minutes.  Transfer onto a paper towel.  Return oil to original degrees and fry the next batch.  Serve with Tony’s Sandwich Sauce.
