TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa Police have released dashcam video from an incident in mid-July in which two officers shot and killed a man they said ran at them swinging an axe.

In the video, you don't actually see the officers shooting 56-year-old Jerry Brimer, but we want to warn you some of what you hear may be disturbing.

Police said Brimer charged at officers when they got out of their patrol cars. It happened in the 2300 block of West 44th Street.

The two Tulsa Police officers, Richard Urban, 39, and Jerod Lum, 31, were placed on administrative leave with pay pending a review.

Neither officer was injured.
