Sharae McMinn remembers the officer telling her to stop talking and stay calm.
"And I didn't listen. I just started praying out loud. I just kept praying," said McMinn.
Dashcam video shows what happened when Tulsa police say Johnie Hunter's truck slammed into the officer's SUV during a traffic stop.
He drove off, leaving Sharae suffering on the ground.
The officer had pulled her over on Skelly Drive on November 13, 2016 and was questioning her behind her car when it happened.
"As I laid there, I didn't know if I had minutes or seconds left of my life," she said.

Once paramedics got her on a stretcher and into an ambulance, she talked to her daughter Shiann on the phone.
"I was worried about, not only not being home when she got there, but being dead, and her reaction."
Now, she's helping her mom recover.
Sharae says she has several fractures in her pelvis, and her left leg is in a brace so her nerves and tendons can heal.
But aside from going back to life without a wheelchair, she wants justice, which is why she says she's suing Hunter.
"He just drove away. He left me for dead. he didn't care."
And she says things could have been so much worse, which is why she's counting her blessings, instead of her fractured bones.
"I don't know if it was God that saved me or a guardian angel or what but I don't think I would have made it through the deal without my faith," she said.
Sharae is taking things one day at a time, with goals of walking in three months and fully recovering by next summer.
Her daughter set up a GoFundMe page to help with her medical bills.
