1 In Custody After Deadly Stabbing Near 31st and Garnett

Tulsa police are investigating a homicide near 31st and Garnett.

Police say they got a call to the home for a possible stabbing early this morning. According to officers, when they arrived they found Christopher Flynn had been stabbed and EMSA transported him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officers say Flynn had been involved in several altercations at the residence and had been ordered to leave. The suspect Anthony Lasage, 39, grabbed a knife to force Flynn to leave and the two men fought. Lasage stabbed Flynn once in the upper torso. Police also say they believe alcohol may have been a factor.

Lasage is being charged with second-degree murder.
