MIAMI, Florida - We're just a couple of days away from the Orange Bowl, and there's still a lot of uncertainty about who's in - and who's out due to injuries.

It's T-minus 50 hours and counting until the Sooners and Bama meet at the Orange Bowl - which is where we met with both teams this morning.

Dean Blevins' biggest takeaways:

  1. Alabama is very confident, especially defensively where they sound anxious to slow down the nation's best offense.
  2. Hollywood Brown won't know until game time whether he's healthy enough to play and hasn't run full speed yet.
  3. Nick Saban isn't sure who'll be his starting quarterback. I told him Tua Tagovailoa says he's not 100 percent. So will he start?

Saban said the decision will be made between now and then - and Tua will have input into whether he feels ready to go out and do his job.

Lincoln Riley said they are ready for the game to be here and feel confident in how they've prepared.
