Firefighters Say Tank Battery Fire Under Control In Creek County

Creek County firefighters are using foam to put out a tank battery fire just outside Bristow city limits.

The fire chief says a valve was stuck on the tank and when the pumper went to open it, oil overflowed onto the firebox and sparked a fire.

Crews say it will be several hours before the fire is completely out. It is under control and no homes are in danger.
