Car Crashes Into Telephone Pole In NW OKC

A driver was injured after crashing into a telephone pole early Friday morning in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to police, just before 1 a.m., a driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a telephone pole near N.W. 36th and Western.

The driver was treated for minor injuries.

OG&E crews were called in to remove the pole. No word on why the driver lost control.
