Supreme Court Rejects Domino's Appeal; Retailers Can Be Sued For Websites Not Accessible To Disabled

The Supreme Court will not hear an appeal from Dominio's about its website.

People are calling it a win for people with blindness. A lower court ruled the pizza chain and other retailers can be sued if they don't make their websites accessible to the visually impaired.

The case now goes back to a trial court where domino's will fight a discrimination lawsuit.
