Start with 8-10 lb pork butt
Rub down the pork butt with Bubba-Q-Boys rub. For a thicker rub first rub it with mustard and then the rub.
Pre-heat smoker to near 250. Smoke the pork butt for 7 to 10 hours or until the bone pulls out or internal temp is at 195 to 210. Then pulled it, sauce it and serve it.

Add pulled pork to slider rolls, top with BBQ sauce.

Street soft tortillas
Place tortilla on a plate, add scoop of pulled pork, add cole slaw mix then top with BBQ sauce and ranch drizzle.
