The mayor of Wilburton is out of jail after being arrested late Thursday night, June 6.

State troopers arrested Stephen Brinlee on suspicion of driving under the influence, carrying a firearm under the influence and open container.

The arrest was made at 11 p.m. at Highway 270 and 7th Street West, according to arrest records.
