Muskogee County Commissioner Ken Doke says that two black hawk helicopters are on the ground at Camp Gruber waiting to start air evacuations for people living in Braggs.
Braggs has been cut-off for the last day or so.
Doke says this is a one-time opportunity for anyone who needs medical attention.
They will not be able to provide adequate medical service to that area so they want people advantage of this now.
