A semi truck rollover blocked the ramp from the Broken Arrow Expressway westbound to Highway 169 southbound Wednesday morning in Tulsa.
Police say slick roads were a factor in the rollover, and the truck driver told News On 6 he took the curve a little too fast.
Officers say two people were in the semi but refused treatment at the scene.
The semi-truck was carrying toilet paper.
The ramp from the Broken Arrow Expressway to southbound Highway 169 was closed as crews work to empty the truck and remove it from the scene. The ramp reopened around 10:30 a.m.
