A Tulsa doctor must pay back nearly $85,000 after federal prosecutors say he was involved in an illegal kickback scheme.

Prosecutors say osteopathic doctor Brandon Claflin was getting paid by OK Compounding to prescribe their pain cream to his patients.

In return, the doctor was getting money from the makers of the cream. They called it "medical director fees".
