The University of Oklahoma's Chief Financial Officer Ken Rowe says the school is still facing financial troubles.

University President Jim Gallogly has slashed expenses and staff to try and offset years of overspending.

Gallogly says cost cutting measures have saved OU $32 million so far but more layoffs are expected to come this year.
