Silver Alert Canceled For Tulsa Woman

Tulsa Police canceled a Silver Alert for a woman who disappeared Wednesday morning.

Police said a man reported his wife, Mary "Marty" Robertson, 73, disappeared from their home in the area near 6600 E. 89th Place at about 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.

He told police Robertson suffers from dementia.

The Silver Alert was canceled Wednesday afternoon after she was located in Cherokee County. Robertson was found safe around 2 p.m. near Tahlequah, according to Cherokee Tribal Police. 

Tahlequah Police first tried to stop her vehicle, but she continued driving outside the city limits into Cherokee County's jurisdiction. She eventually stopped her car, and her family was notified of her whereabouts, TPD said.
