Police arrest two men after they say the pair stole some equipment from a Tulsa construction site, then led police on a short chase in a stolen vehicle.
Officers say someone called police after seeing two men steal equipment at about 10:50 p.m. Sunday, October 7th from the 1100 block of North Harvard.
The caller said the two, identified as 39-year-old Donald Smith and 31-year-old Paul Stevenson left the construction site in a tan minivan, which police later found out had been reported stolen.

Police say they eventually stopped the van, but both men got out and ran off.
Officers brought in K9 officers to look for the pair, who found Smith and Stevenson hiding in the backyard of a home.
Police booked Donald Smith on larceny complaints and Paul Stevenson on complaints including possession of a stolen vehicle and malicious mischief. Both were also booked on an obstruction complaint.
Jail records show Donald Smith and Paul Stevenson have court appearances set for October 15th.
