Semi Overturns On Highway Near Downtown Tulsa

A semi carrying recycled paper overturned on the northwest corner of the IDL Thursday afternoon.

Tulsa fire says the semi was probably going too fast on a curve, causing it to overturn. 

The load of recycled paper will most likely have to be offloaded before crews can move the semi.

All lanes were reopened just after 7:00 p.m.
