Heroin Bust At Tulsa Apartment, Two Arrested

Tulsa County deputies and federal agents have arrested two men they say work for Mexican drug cartels selling heroin in Tulsa.

Deputies say Kevin Rios and Aurelio Romero were arrested at an apartment near 101st and Sheridan, where investigators found more than two pounds of heroin in an air conditioning unit.

They say the heroin has a street value of around $120,000 and they also recovered more than $3,000 in cash.
