Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty Against Man Charged With 3 Murders

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against a man charged with killing three people.

Investigators say Keenon White shot and killed Teddy Prejean and Shayron Brown at the Savanna Landing Apartments last September.  White is also charged with killing Brown’s unborn child.

Police say White committed those murders while on the run after another crime, for which he was accused of beating, choking, and burning an ex-girlfriend, who jumped out of a second-story window to escape.  White pleaded guilty to the charges in that case.
