Tulsa County Man Arrested On Counts Of Child Sexual Abuse

A Tulsa County man was arrested Friday on three counts of child sexual abuse. 

John Bucklin is accused of sexually abusing three children, two of which were under the age of 12, starting as early as 2016.

Affidavits say Bucklin was introduced to the children and their families through a church in Claremore where he was known to "mentor" boys. 

Affidavits say the three children stayed the night at Bucklin's house various times starting in 2016. Two of them reported that they had been touched inappropriately by Bucklin while sleeping alone with him in his bed. 

Reports show that the boys had been sexually abused several times on several different occasions. 

In July, Bucklin was booked into jail on counts of lewd molestation in Rogers County and bonded out.

Bucklin bonded out of jail Friday afternoon less than three hours after he was booked. 

A court date has not been announced.
