TPD Releases Body Cam Video Of Man Arriving At Hospital After Being Tased

New police body cam video shows the moment a man arrives at the hospital after being tased by Tulsa police officers.

A report released Wednesday by the Tulsa Police Department says two officers tased Joshua Harvey after he shattered the glass door of the Arvest bank near 6th and Main and went inside.

Police say they believe the first probe malfunctioned, based on there being very little reaction from Harvey, so officers deployed a second taser.

After trying to fight off the officers, police say Harvey passed out on the floor.

Police say Harvey was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

Harvey died three days later and his family is questioning whether excessive force was a factor in his death.
