Tulsa Firefighters Put Out Grass Fire

Firefighters quickly extinguished a Tulsa grass fire Tuesday evening.

The Tulsa Fire Department was called to 41st and Maybelle after getting a call about heavy smoke in the area.  They say the fire did not threaten any homes or other structures in the area.

Firefighters were not sure how the fire started, but believe dead grass and dry conditions helped spread the flames.
