Oklahoma Man Convicted Of Murder Requests New Trial

An Oklahoma man convicted of murdering an Arkansas family in 1999 wants a new trial.

Danny Lee is from Yukon and is on death row for murdering a couple and their 8-year-old daughter.

Court documents say the murders were part of a plot to establish a whites-only nation.

Lee's attorneys say DNA evidence points toward Lee not being connected to the murders.
