Police say a car went off I-44 Thursday morning crashing onto its side on 51st Street at Wheeling Avenue.

Officers says EMSA paramedics checked out the Honda's driver and say she is expected to be OK.

Police say the crash happened during the morning rush hour and during a rainstorm.
