Chelsea Man Arrested For Second-Degree Murder In Fatal Crash

A Chelsea man has been arrested for second-degree murder in a wreck that killed a Midwest City woman. Troopers say Dylan Charles Bowlin was driving the wrong way on the Will Rogers Turnpike just before midnight August 3, 2018, when he hit a semi then another vehicle.

Elidia Anne Carey was in the third vehicle, according to OHP. She died in the fiery wreck.

The 26-year-old Bowlin was also badly injured. Troopers say he was extremely impaired at the time of the crash. He is in the Rogers County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
